Semester 1 Reflection

Overall I think the quality of my work was good. I used some compelling concepts in some of my work, not all of it though. I made some relevant solutions to the assignment. I think Ive been paying attention to the objective of the assignment. I used proper format and resolution on everything. All my work has been completed well on time. Ive gone beyond my first idea in some of my assignments, but not all of them.
I look a convenient solution on half of my assignments, and the other half I challenge myself. I plan my projects before I start on it, but I don't write anything down or make a rough draft. I don't explore too many variations to my ideas. I stick to what I know how to do. I avoid ideas that are too difficult if I don't know how to do it. I take some risks in my work. I have a very positive attitude when looking at other student's work. Its very interesting to see what everyone else comes up with. I also have a positive attitude toward my own work.
I arrive on time to class every single day unless I just skip school. I work throughout the block until I finish my project. I work independently on all my assignments after Jose moved schools. I use most of the class time productively.
I have no idea what my personal creative style is. I think I improved technically. Most of my solutions are compelling I think. I definitely have more confidence in using photo shop. My concepts are also stronger.
I will try to use more interesting ideas in the second semester. I think one of our next projects should be where everyone requests a type of logo and you get randomly assigned to somebody's request and make it for them.
